Partners (& former Higgs Trainees)
A number of our partners trained with the firm. They lead our commitment to a training programme to create the partners of the future.
Catherine (Head of the firm's Motoring & Private Criminal department) leads the firm's Trainee Committee which is responsible for both the recruitment of Trainees and their welfare during their training contract.
"We understand the challenges for our trainees. It is important for us to listen to their ideas and continue to improve their training experience".
Paul is the firm's Managing Partner as well as being part of the Trainee Committee. "Having been on both sides of the fence I am passionate about seeing our trainees succeed. I can look them in the eye and tell them confidently that there is a real opportunity to achieve here, with hard work and determination".
Ian is the firm's Senior Partner as well as the Head of the Personal Injury department. He was a trainee with the firm more years ago than he cares to remember, and continues to take an active interest in the progress and development of our young lawyers.
