Damian joined our Employment Department as a Partner in 2010. He has extensive expertise in a wide range of contentious and non contentious employment matters. He is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate and also advises on strategic issues including workplace restructurings, executive terminations, business transfers and absence management. He is an experienced trainer on HR matters.

Damian leads our HR Service and is also responsible for the provision of employment law support to the firm's other practice areas, including the Corporate and Commercial departments. Damian is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association.
