David, who is a partner in the firm, is head of the residential property team. He joined us in 1975 and has extensive experience in residential, commercial, and agricultural property law. David is a member of the Law Society Property Section and is the Chairman of the Tipton and Coseley Building Society.

David also heads our Charity Law Unit.  He has many years' experience in charity law and education law and is a member of the Charity Law Association and the Education Law Association.
