Senior Partner Ian is also Head of the Personal Injury department. He specialises in catastrophic claims. He is a member of Headway - the brain association Personal Injury Solicitors List and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Ian was H.M. Deputy Coroner for Hereford and Worcester North (1990-1997) and Chairman of the Motor Accident Solicitors' Society (2002-2004).  Ian is president of the Birmingham Medico-Legal Society and an honorary member of Headway Black Country, a charity for people with acquired brain injuries. Ian is "singled out" in the Legal 500 for "his expertise in high-value catastrophic injury cases".
