Lucy, a partner in the firm, deals with all aspects of Private Client work to include preparation of wills and trusts and the administration of estates and trusts.  She has a particular expertise in inheritance tax and estate planning, notably for the entrepreneurial client base of the firm. 

Lucy is a member of STEP, the Birmingham Branch STEP Committee, Solicitors for the Elderly and The Probate Section.

Lucy also lectures nationally for Central Law Training as part of the team that delivers the wills and probate update course to other practitioners. Lucy has also recently been asked to join STEP national conference team and will be appearing at a number of national conferences for STEP during 2009.
