From 2011 Mark has been a Professional Support Lawyer within the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department where, as a Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor, he had specialised for 14 years in acting for Claimants injured in accidents at work, including industrial disease claims, and high value road traffic accident and public liability claims.

Mark Parsons, an Associate with the firm, is an accredited Litigator of the Association for Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), Trustee and Vice-Chairman of the Dudley District Citizens Advice Bureaux (CAB) and a member of the Birmingham Medico-Legal Society.
