Nyree has been advising on property litigation for over 10 years. She joined us in 2009 from a major Birmingham law firm, where she had spent over 7 years working within a highly respected team, advising household names and a number of mortgage lenders on a host of property related issues.

Nyree's experience relates to commercial and residential property disputes, all types of possession claims, property related insolvency issues, title rectification and distress and forfeiture proceedings.  She also has experience of advising on right to light issues and contractual disputes relating to retention of deposits on abortive sales or purchases.
