Philip is a member of the private client team and heads up the
firm's Older Persons Division. He specialises in all aspects
of this work including planning for care fee funding, claims
for NHS funding, powers of attorney, court of protection as well as
wills, tax planning and estates.
Philip is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is a member of
the committee for its Birmingham branch.
