Richard was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and joined the firm in 2011. He has spent over 10 years working in 2 major law firms in Birmingham and acting as an in-house solicitor.

Richard has acted on behalf of private investor landlords and substantial pension funds as a specialist asset management solicitor in the retail, office and industrial sectors. He also has wide experience acting for tenants including blue chip corporate occupiers, Crown bodies and small to medium sized businesses.

Richard's experience is complemented with having acted for institutional banks in secured lending work and healthcare projects and advising on valuable and strategically important investment and development projects.
