A partner in the firm, Susheel principally deals with corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, general transactional and reconstruction work. He also has particular expertise in corporate taxation issues, often working closely with accountants on tax planning structures and employees incentive schemes.

Susheel is a member of Birmingham Law Society Technical Company Law Committee. He regularly lectures to the legal profession on various issues that affect owner managed businesses.
