Tim has extensive experience in both employment and civil litigation disputes dealing with all types of employment claims and civil claims. He has a masters degree in Advanced Litigation and is a trained mediator with the ADR Group and the Association of Midlands Mediators. He is an experienced advocate and has appeared in Employment Tribunals nationally and in Northern Ireland.  Tim is a qualified trainer for Nottingham Law School and has lectured regularly for clients and external bodies such as Central Law Training and the Institute of Personnel and Development.
