'Snow' your employment rights when it comes to adverse weather

With snow potentially on the horizon for this week, it is important that employers are ready for the impact of severe bad weather on the workplace.

It is sensible for employers to have in place a Severe Weather Policy for employees to refer to so they are clear about what is expected from them and how they should make any decisions in light of severe weather conditions.

If you would like to discuss these issues or the ways in which you can prepare your business for the impact of severe weather conditions please get in touch. Our team of specialist employment lawyers would be pleased to assist.
