What's it about?

This course will enable managers to handle disciplines and grievance with confidence by ensuring that they understand the correct procedures. The course combines guidance to enable managers to deal with practical issues and discussing how to deal with a variety of situations.

Please note a small fee will be charged to attend this event. These costs are inclusive of refreshments and all handouts.
