Grievance & Disciplinary: The New Procedure

What's it about?

This training session is designed to provide you with step-by-step and practical guidance on conducting grievance and disciplinary procedures in accordance with the new ACAS Code of Practice, which from 6th April 2009 will be a fundamental consideration of Employment Tribunals when deciding unfair dismissal cases and level of compensation.

Cost:

• Non members at £35.00 + vat per delegate

The cost of attending includes refreshments, light breakfast and a Training Manual summarising the new procedures.  If you cannot attend, you can purchase the Training Manual for £15.00 + vat.
