How to have difficult conversations
What's it about?
Managing a difficult conversation effectively can make the difference between success and failure for a valued employee or, at least, an employee in whom you have invested valuable training and time. This session is designed to give managers and supervisors an opportunity to explore and practice the skills involved in having difficult conversations so that they will conduct them more effectively.
Please note a small fee will be charged to attend this event.
