What's it about?

It can be difficult tackling bullying and harassment and can be extremely costly if not handled correctly,.  This session is designed to demonstrate that prevention and early intervention strategies isn't a wasted cost. In fact, it can be a gain for your bottom line if it's done right. Bullying and harassment is a prominent and complex area of employment law which will be simplified and explained.
