What's it about?
We would be delighted if you could join us for our Annual HR Service Annual Update Seminar on Wednesday 30th November 2011.
The seminar has been designed to advise you on current and expected developments in the law and good practice. This year our seminar will cover the following issues :-

Speakers:
Damian
Kelly
Damian joined our Employment Department as a Partner in
2010. He has extensive expertise in a wide range of contentious and
non contentious employment matters. He is an experienced Employment
Tribunal advocate and also advises on strategic issues including
workplace restructurings, executive terminations, business
transfers and absence management.
Debra
Cottam
An associate solicitor in the firm, Debra has
experience of advising on a wide range of contentious and
non-contentious employment work. Debra regularly provides training
to clients on all aspects of employment law.
Sarah
Cowen
Sarah joined our employment team in 2011. She has considerable
experience in advising commercial clients, from household names to
small family run businesses, on many aspects of Employment law from
recruitment through to dismissal. Sarah has particular experience
in managing disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes,
negotiating compromise agreements and defending employment tribunal
claims.
