HR Training Workshop - Time off Rights - Sickness & Holidays

What's it about?

Over recent years, the law regarding employees' rights to take holidays whilst they are off sick has developed and increased employers' obligations to honour holiday entitlement which has not been taken due to prolonged sickness absence.  This session will explain how the law has developed, what employers' obligations are and how liability to honour untaken holiday can be minimised.
