What's it about?

Workplace investigations may appear to be a routine and straightforward process. However, many managers and directors do not handle them in the correct manner, Employment Tribunals expect employers to be able to show that they have conducted careful and fair investigations where complaints are made by or about employees. An understanding of the legal and practical requirements for handling investigations together with acquisition of key skills is increasingly important for all involved in this process.

Please note a small fee will be charged to attend this event. These costs are inclusive of refreshments and all handouts.
