Molehills to Mountains - The Lifespan Of An Employment Issue

What's it about?

The session is designed to illustrate how an employment problem such as a grievance or disciplinary issue can progress from a very low level through to a full blown Employment Tribunal case. We aim to demonstrate how the way in which a problem is dealt with, even at an informal stage, can be crucial and can determine the prospects of defending a claim made by an employee.

Please note a small fee will be charged to attend this event. These costs are inclusive of refreshments, lunch and all handouts.
