What's it about?

Performance Management is a very difficult and tricky process.  This course equips delegates with the skills and techniques to ensure staff perform to the peak of their abilities.  The performance management process is explained and managers will be able to manage it effectively and efficiently reducing the risk of a tribunal claim.

Please note a small fee will be charged to attend this event. These costs are inclusive of refreshments and all handouts.
