Nyree Applegarth, Partner at Higgs & Sons
Nyree has been advising on property litigation for over 10 years.
Nyree's experience relates to commercial and residential property
disputes, all types of possession claims, property related
insolvency issues, title rectification and distress and forfeiture
proceedings. She also has experience of advising on right to
light issues and contractual disputes relating to retention of
deposits on abortive sales or purchases.
Laura Westwood, Solicitor at Higgs &
Sons
Laura trained with the firm and qualified in September 2010.
Having gained 12 months' experience in the Dispute Resolution
Department during her training contract, Laura deals with a variety
of property litigation matters and specialises in residential
letting recovery work.
