What's it about?

Recruitment is one of the most important tasks that a company undertakes and can be costly and time consuming. However, companies must ensure their process complies with current legislation.  Applicants can submit a claim to an Employment Tribunal even if they have only submitted a CV or application form that has not been short listed for interview. The recruitment and selection process is not complete until the new employee has been through induction and successfully completed the probation period, it is clear that recruitment training can help save your business valuable time and money.

Please note a small fee will be charged to attend this event. These costs are inclusive of refreshments and all handouts.
