In this workshop, James Lowe takes a practical look at managing an investigation and reviews the key powers of the regulators, sharing his experience on how to deal with investigators. James will also outline best practice on how a business should conduct an internal investigation following an incident".

The session will explore the practical steps that need to be taken when an incident occurs. 

Speaker Profile
James is as Associate in the Regulatory Department and has 10 years of experience. His considerable expertise in regulatory law includes health and safety, food safety and hygiene, environment, water and waste, animal welfare, product liability and product recall, trading law, advertising and promotions, pricing, manslaughter, statutory nuisance and Coroner's Inquests.
   
James acts for national and local businesses and individuals and has represented clients in many industry sectors. He has particular expertise in manufacturing, transport, heavy industry, food businesses, retail, brewing and licensed trade, property businesses and health care.
