Higgs & Sons guide to selling up for traders looking to cash in

Law firm Higgs & Sons has launched a guide for business owners in the region looking to sell.

The guide, on the news section of Higgs' website - www.higgsandsons.co.uk - provides business owners with basic information covering strategy planning, grooming your business for sale and preparing for the sale process.

Nick Taylor, a partner in Higgs & Sons' corporate department, says the guide is aimed at those thinking of selling up: "There's no substitute for having a meeting when planning to make a big decision regarding your business, but our guide should provide initial food for thought.
