Home Information Packs
As from 21st May 2010 the Government suspended the
requirement for a seller to obtain a Home Information Pack.
Legislation will follow in due course to formally abolish
packs.
However, a seller remains obliged to obtain an Energy Performance
Certificate for the property within 28 days of commencement of
marketing.
We are able to organise Energy Performance Certificates for our
