I have been with Higgs LLP for over 17 years and have extensive experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Over the years, I have built up many client relationships with particular emphasis on acting for developer clients on the construction of new build properties and barn conversions.
I have gained considerable experience on site acquisitions which enable me alongside my colleagues at Higgs LLP to offer a ‘cradle to grave’ service on property development work.
- Acted for developers on numerous sites of varying sizes with barn conversions
- Acted for developer on conversion of listed public house into flats creating bespoke leases with new build properties
- Acted for provider of nursing home / residential home with creation of bespoke leases for new development and sale of ‘close care units’ to approved occupiers (aged 55 and over )
