Legal Director - Estate Planning

"I am an estate planning lawyer with a special interest in wills, trusts and estate planning, in particular assisting families with establishing and running trusts created by wills.”

I have over 20 years experience of all aspects of wealth and succession planning matters. I advise both individuals and families on their succession requirements which are often achieved through the preparation of wills and trust structures.

I advise on lifetime trust creation and the administration of ongoing trusts.

I have significant experience of advising executors and trustees of wills which establish trusts and assisting families with the implementation of estate planning incorporated into wills.

I have a key role in the technical development of the team and chair the team’s Technical Development Committee. I also have a key role in the development of planning strategies and legal precedents used by the team.

I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
