Nick Taylor

As Managing Partner, I am passionate about our core values of care, legacy, excellence, authenticity and relationships. With over 25 years’ experience at the firm, the core emphasis of my role has shifted from that of a pure corporate lawyer advising clients to one where I now also seek to help everyone at Higgs be best they can be, which in turn will see the firm thrive.

I do this by taking a background of playing many team sports and add (what I hope is) a healthy dose of competition and (importantly) fun. Our culture, the need for innovation, growth, client service and one eye on our future, are always borne in mind.

Having been advising on all aspects of sales, mergers and acquisitions for over a quarter of a century, I am still able to provide value to clients in this regard. Typically, I assist those contemplating either a sale or an acquisition and bring both the required legal expertise and market experience, together with the helpful knowledge of running our own business.
