Sasha Lloyd

Trainee Solicitor - Contentious Probate

"I am a trainee solicitor assisting fee-earners within the team with client engagement, legal research and the drafting and reviewing of documents”

I am a trainee solicitor, having joined Higgs in September 2022 and I hope to qualify in September 2024. I studied the undergraduate Law degree at the University of Birmingham and graduated as part of the 2020 Covid class. I then went onto study the LPC and LLM at The University of Law in 2021 graduating with a distinction.

I began my training contract in the family department and then moved into the clinical negligence department and then on to commercial property. I am now currently doing a seat in contentious probate.

As a trainee, I assist the fee-earners within the team with client engagement, legal research and the drafting and reviewing of documents. I enjoy working within teams and forming a rapport with clients alike in order to achieve the desired outcome.

I am a member of both the Social Committee and Charity Committee at Higgs.
