Head of Facilities

Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Head of Facilities will ensure the delivery of a client-focussed, cost-effective facilities management strategy and day to day service flexibly across the firm’s locations to incorporate building and site management, front of house and back-office services. Working in collaboration with all Heads of Department to build an efficient, responsive, safe and fit for purpose service and environment.

We are looking to appoint an operational expert with detailed knowledge of the day to day workings of the team. A “go-to” person for internal clients and suppliers and the primary point of contact for the Managing Partner for operational activities.

If you have significant experience in a senior facilities management role in a professional services environment, hold relevant Health & Safety qualifications and are a member of recognised professional body or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge through experience, we would like to hear from you.

Full time role, 35 hours per week, with an on-call element.
