An annual quiz night, held by leading Midlands law firm Higgs & Sons, has raised £2,400 for a local special needs charity.
Higgs & Sons held the quiz for clients and professional contacts at the Village Hotel, Dudley in aid of WINGS - Wombourne Special Needs Support Group.
WINGS has a growing membership of parents and carers of children and adults with a wide variety of special needs in the South Staffs, Dudley and Wolverhampton areas. The group provides a range of social activities for children as well as family events.
WINGS chair, Nan Flavell, said of the donation: "The money raised by Higgs and its supporters will hugely help in the work we do for all the people we support."
Clare Smith, Higgs' events coordinator, said: "Once again, we must thank our staff, clients and professional contacts for this fantastic effort. In total 29 teams took part, which is better than ever before."
Higgs & Sons employs over 170 people from its offices in Brierley Hill's Waterfront Business Park and Kingswinford.
