Higgs advise on property merger deal

Higgs & Sons advisers have supported the members of national property management specialists Vine Property Management in a deal which has seen the UK based company merge with Fisher German.

The deal which concluded in June will create a £41m property consultancy with 26 offices across the UK.

Katie Willems, an Associate at Black Country law firm Higgs & Sons, led the team which involved specialists from its Business Services, Property and Employment teams.

Katie comments: “Vine Property Management have demonstrated sustained growth over several years. They have a national presence across the whole of the UK and a clear vision for growth.

“Specialists from across Higgs have been working alongside the management team at Vine to realise the next stage of its development and we are pleased to have been able to support them in their merger with Fisher German.”

Vine has offices throughout the UK provides dedicated property management assets in excess of £2.7bn. Its portfolio extends to over 47.0 million square feet of retail, industrial and office property.

Vine senior partner, James Rigby comments: “The merger with Fisher German will mean we can offer a whole range of services to existing clients of both companies and also attract fresh clients with an expanded expertise in new areas.”

Vine will rebrand as Fisher German in 2020.
