Covid-19: Doing our best to maintain BAU

What difficult and daunting times.

We are all thinking about friends and family, in particular the elderly and the vulnerable. We are also concerned for our people and our clients and professional contacts. Their and your safety is paramount right now.

With that and the Prime Minister’s most recent announcement in mind, we have made the difficult decision to close our offices for the time being.

Our intentions remain to provide practical support, solutions, guidance and peace of mind so please be assured that our people are continuing to work without the need to visit our offices.

Remote working - our people are able to access our network remotely, safely and securely, we have a robust set of policies and procedures regarding remote working and we are fully equipped in terms of infrastructure and IT support.

Post – we have provisions in place to manage incoming post, however where possible we kindly ask you to email any correspondence.

Telephone calls and emails – all telephone calls and emails will be dealt with as usual, however we ask you to please bear with us if our response times falter or deviate from the norm.

Meetings – we will continue to have meetings over the telephone or via Zoom and other telephone / video conferencing services.

Thank you for your understanding in what is an unprecedented situation.
