I qualified in 2002 and am a Partner in our Private Client team. I head up the firm's Charity and Not for Profit team.
I am a specialist charities lawyer who has spent many years advising the charities and not-for-profit and voluntary sectors on all aspects of their operations, and have acted for many well-known and established charities as well as the Charity Commission itself.
I regularly write and speak on issues affecting the sector. I am a member of The Charity Law Association, The Ecclesiastical Law Society, the STEP Charities UK Special Interest Group and STEP.
I also advise on all aspects of Private Client work, including wills, the administration of trusts and estates, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work, and specialise in advising individuals and their families, particularly those with business interests on tax, estate and succession planning.
