I joined Higgs & Sons in 2018 to focus on commercial and residential property litigation.
My commercial experience encompasses dilapidations claims, disputed lease renewals/assignments, possession/forfeiture, interim rent and disputed option/break notices.
My residential experience covers possessions, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, rights of way and deposit retentions in particular.
I was called to the Bar in 2005 before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor in 2012. Prior to this, I worked as a self-employed advocate for seven years, and represented many prominent clients in Court, both before District and Circuit Judges. I have worked on cases being decided in both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
My experience allows me to provide practical advice as to how disputes may play out in Court and I am more than happy to represent my clients in Court hearings where possible.
