I am a specialist Clinical Negligence lawyer and have over 25 years’ experience in the legal profession. I have experience of acting for both Claimants who have suffered injury and also NHS Trusts in defending clinical negligence claims made against them.
I handle a wide range of clinical negligence claims against hospital, GP’s and other health professionals I have particular experience in brain injuries suffered at the time of birth, resulting in cerebral palsy.
I am one of a limited number of solicitors on the specialist Law Society Clinical Negligence panel and I am an CEDR trained mediator.
In March 2019 I was appointed as a Deputy District Judge on the Midlands circuit.
